CANCELLATION POLICY

If less than 24 hours is given to cancel or reschedule, a fee of 50% of the service total COULD be charged. No-showing an appointment will require the client to provide a credit card for all future appointments. If those future appointments are last minute rescheduled or cancelled, 100% of the service total will automatically be charged. Wax Therapy is very understanding that life happens and schedules change. Please communicate any need to reschedule or cancel in advance. Missed appointments result in lost income for your service provider and prevent other clients from booking that time.
